Quarter 1: Wins & Lessons

Can you believe April is upon us? I could of sworn it was JUST December. These last few months have been full and I am good at making my lists and going to the next thing. After seeing a post on twitter about making a list of Q1 wins before making a Q2 goal list, I decided to make my own. Thinking through all that has happened and reflecting was such a joy. Here is my list:

Quarter One:

  • Cultivated Rest

  • Found new walking and running trails in Dallas (so many gems in my city)

  • Finished a 90 Day Speaking and Coaching Accelerator (more about this later – it was amazing)

  • Got clarity and took risks

  • Made a media-kit, speaker sheet, speaker form (on blog) and contract

  • Pitched to a few companies

  • Sweet giveaway goodies from Kelly Rowland & Shea Moisture

  • Lost weight

  • Spoke to a group of women virtually about authenticity with our dreams and goals

  • Made it through Snowmageddon in Dallas

  • Raise at work

  • Autonomy and Confidence in my Role

  • New table (cannot wait to host)

While there was some hard behind the scenes that I dealt with, I can honestly say I enjoyed these last three months. The Speaking & Coaching Accelerator was something I never thought I would do, but it has proven to be an incredible investment. As you are looking into Quarter 2, I encourage you to reflect on these past few months. I hope that you know that you are worthy to celebrate the big and SMALL wins. I hope as you think about these next few months, you will incorporate something that your future self will thank you in a year from now.

Here are some questions below to get you started:

  • What was the biggest lessons you learned in Q1?

  • What is something worthy of celebration that you did?

  • What is one risk that you can take in this next quarter?

Don’t be afraid of doing something new in this new month. I am rooting for you!

Let’s CAPTURE destiny together,
