BEST PLANNERS FOR AMBITIOUS WOMEN (2024)

It’s the most wonderful TIME of the year! I can’t help it yall, I’m such a PLANNER nerd. Because I have gone through so many planners, I love sharing about brands that I love. I have a sneaky suspicion that you will love them too. The new year is fast approaching and a great planner helps with productivity and having our schedules in order. I’ve compiled a list for you all that I hope will be a great guide. Happy Planning!

First up is the Focused Collection Planner by Erin Condren. On their site, they describe it as a planner for those who appreciate minimalism! I am going on my third planner from the Focused Collection, which rings true. It isn’t too busy and if you are not into frills, you would love this planner.

I pulled some of the essential elements from the site:

• Made with Thick 80 Lb. Text Weight Paper (Resists Ink Bleeding)

For the focused collection I have only used softbound and it works well for me and TONS of space for getting your tasks down if you prefer the 8 x 10. For those who like smaller sizes, they have A5 available.

Next, we have Erin Condren’s Life Planner! The life planner is one of the core planners for this brand. I finally purchased my first life planner in 2020. One of the perks of this planner is that you can customize it. Unlike the Focused planner, with the life planner, you can choose if you prefer a weekly or daily layout. Each month also has a preview sheet where you can add top goals and birthdays. This planner is not compacted and sleek like the focused planner, but if you love color and all the bells and whistles, you will like this one. You can check it out here!

PASSION PLANNER

I purchased my first passion planner when they were first getting started. I’ve smiled seeing their growth over the years. I was finishing up graduate school and what drew me in was how detailed it was! Here are some of the perks:

• Sizes: It comes in three different sizes which are great for a variety of options

• It has a section where you can write out good things that happened, quotes, and challenges, and a section where you can list out your personal vs. work to-do list

THE EVERYGIRL 2024 Planner

Last year was my first year using the everygirl planner and I think it’s a great planner for every career girl! As I’ve grown in my career, I appreciated this planner emphasizing 30-day challenges. If you are someone who is a big habit tracker and measuring growth, you will enjoy this one. It has monthly worksheets where you are able to review and assess anything you have been tracking (i.e new skill at work). See below for a visual from Yo-Yo finds!!! She’s awesome.
